HEALTHY TIP LIFE WITH ACCOOLING

Air conditioned or known as the AC (air conditioner) a few years ago was one of the luxury goods. However, lately, almost every home has it.  Unfortunately, the air conditioning was too cold and poor maintenance can cause problems.
Air conditioning systems in dirty conditions are a breeding ground for microorganisms, such as Legionella pneumophila. These microorganisms are responsible for the disease called Legionnaires disease aka legion fever, which can cause pneumonia.

Temperature changes suddenly from hot to cooling condition can also affect the respiratory system. In addition, the AC also has a drying effect on the skin and mucous membranes in the body.
So that we always remain healthy despite all times are in the air-conditioned room, consider the following tips:

- Do not forget to drink. Plain water is better. Because no sweating does not mean the body does not need water. A minimum of eight glasses per day is obligatory.

- For dry skin, do not forget to wear hand and body lotion. Similarly with moisturizers for the face.

- Fortify the body with vitamins that are not easily catch the disease. Especially for those who work in the central air-conditioned room.

- There is adequate ventilation for air flow. Do not be closed completely.

- Note the schedule for air conditioning maintenance.

- Try to keep the temperature in the range of 21-25 degrees Celsius. Easy to do at home, but would not want to receive any temperature for central air conditioning.
